Daily Light is a short collection of Bible verses, selected and published in 1794 by Samuel Bagster. The book is still in print! For more than three years, the Chaplain has e-mailed morning and evening readings to his friends who use JAWS or other software that converts text into audio output. It is only “Bible”! There is no explanation or “sob story” that goes out with the Word of God!
There are now some 85 names on the list, and it would take about five minutes to add yours. Thereafter, it would be emailed to you before 0800 and again before 2000 each day. Listening to, or reading, the word of God for a few moments is a good way to start or close the day. The verses are often focused on a topic and surprisingly timely!
